Through this site, we aim to interact with a group of different ideas, to contribute to spreading the culture of diversity, pluralism and difference. This vision opens up to our perception of the world as a space of proximity that allows the migration of cultures and their spread into new spaces. This results in the creation of modern types that may retain some of the old names, and may create new names for themselves, some of which return to the forefront to dominate after the belief that they have disappeared forever.

This free play between centrality and marginality is the spirit that inspires popular cultures with its attractive charm, and it is the basis of the vitality that does not leave popular forms of expression all over the world. No matter how much a person believes that scientific and technical progress distances him from this living culture, he discovers that it is the support on which his emotional structure, rationality, and logical thought are based, which claims continuous mutations and cognitive ruptures. We are in the post-globalization era, which is the era that restores the pre-globalization conditions to contemporary life, to interact with the negative and positive results of globalization, making the discourse of specificities that was in opposition to the discourse of globalization, part of the new globalization that cannot continue except by investing in these specificities, but they are specificities that escape their limitations to become common.

Not long ago, we used to say, "The world under globalization is a small village." Today, in the era of post-globalization or new globalization, we find ourselves in a reverse discourse, and we must repeat, "Where we are, the whole world is there." That is, we are in a space whose dimensions have disappeared, it is no longer a place or a time. We live in different places and at different times, and this spatial and temporal transgression, as much as it expresses existential environmental pollution, has allowed us to transcend our limitations and penetrate the masks that were hiding us yesterday, to announce this "hypocrisy" that forms the basis of contemporary identity in the full sense of the word... We are in a world of "pluralism and migration," so we coined this name "multicultourisme" that combines cultural pluralism and tourism to be a meeting place for rays emanating from different actors, driven by proximity to create bridges for dialogue with others, in an atmosphere of democracy and humanity based on freedom, difference and responsibility.
